Our 20 foot fully-furnished tents are spacious and relaxing, and filled with everything you need to unwind. Each tent is set up as a King suite for 2 (or add an additional Queen bed for a small fee to sleep up to 4). We only use high-profile, quality air beds with the ability to adjust firmness, and each tent is decorated in a unique blend of textiles, rugs and accents. All linens and pillows are included, plus lanterns and solar lighting, books, card games and board games. While you are encouraged to “unplug” during your stay we also include a power bank just in case you need to charge your phone! The tents are located next to a creek with mature trees and wildflower fields, and there is a shared firepit area with firewood provided. Our friendly animals are grazing in nearby pastures and you can arrange for an up-close-and-personal experience with them while staying with us. Several restrooms are located near the camping area including a few “upscale” portalets with sinks, and two bath houses with shower (towels and locally made soaps and shampoo bars are provided). All you really need for a comfortable stay is your suitcase and a toothbrush!

We are located just 4 minutes from Kincaid Lake State Park where you can hike, rent a kayak, play mini golf and more. Other area attractions include Punkyville, the Pendleton County Farmers’ Market, Hilltop Highland Cattle Farm, Three Daughters Farm Store, Faith Acres Farm Store, Thaxton’s Canoes, and the Kentucky Wool Festival (ask us for more details on these, some are seasonal and some require an appointment). Within a 10 minute drive there are grocery stores, gas stations, shops, drug stores, and several restaurants. Let us know if you are celebrating anything so that we can help make your stay special!
